Return Policy

 

We are happy to accept your set back for a return or exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Due to the Nature of our products we cannot issue a refund unless the hair has been UNOPENED and UNALTERED. If you received the wrong product or missing any products please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install hair.

 

 

Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.

 

 

COLORED HAIR SUCH AS OMBRE, DYED OR BLEACH HAIR CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGE!  

 

 

THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM WIGS 

 

 

In the event that we must issue a refund. Buyer Must PAY shipping cost will be deducted. When you contact our customer service, kindly include the following information for to help us expedite the processing of your case.

1. Your full name, telephone number, and address
2. Your original order confirmation number
3. The date the order was placed and the date the merchandise was received
4. A list of the product(s) (name and reference number of merchandise) to be exchanged
5. The reason for the return of the product(s)
6. A photograph of the product(s) and its packaging that backup the reason for exchange.

 

 

 

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Chanel Life LLC will not be responsible for lost returns.

Note: Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.

Product Disclaimer

 

 

TEXTURE DISCLAIMER – Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. The photos will give you an idea of how the hair textures will look. However, all wavy and curly products are processed for texture. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles will look the same, but they will not be distinctly different.

 

 

COLOR DISCLAIMER – Since our products are not processed or colored, our virgin hair comes only in the natural shades of Natural black-Brown Colors. We cannot guarantee that bundles will have the same color being that hair is taken from multiple donors. We recommend consulting a professional stylist should you consider coloring our hair.

 

 

LACE CLOSURE/FRONTAL 

 

 

We do not recommend bleaching the knots unless by a professional. Bleaching the knots incorrectly will cause lace balding/ shedding. We are not responsible for lace balding due to bleaching.

 

 

We will not exchange or refund closures or frontals due to Bleaching or improper use.

 

 

Unconfirmed Addresses

 

 

Please make sure that you confirm your address through PayPal or you will risk delayed shipment on your product. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO ADDRESS THAT’S NOT LISTED ON ORDER SHEET!  Some orders over $250 May require Identification to prove that is the card owner.
